RETURN TO PLAY CHECKLIST FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS
1. Completion of the GAA online eLearning module. Please keep certificate of completion on record as this will be requested. https://courses.gaa.ie/Covid19ClubEd/#/
2. Completion of the Return to Play Health Questionnaire for your child/children prior to the 1st training session. Only 1 account needs to be made by parent/guardian and multiple children can be added to it. https://returntoplay.gaa.ie
3. Before any subsequent training session/match, a declaration form will need to be signed on the https://returntoplay.gaa.ie by parent/guardian stating that the player’s health status has not changed. If health status has changed, your child needs to remain at home.
4. ‘Get in. Train. Get out.’ – Your child must arrive and be collected from training on time.
RETURN TO PLAY CHECKLIST FOR PLAYERS
1. Come to training already togged as there will be no access to club facilities (i.e. dressing rooms and toilets).
2. Sanitise your hands before arriving to training and when leaving.
3. Advise your manager that your parent/guardian has signed the online health declaration form before you came to training.
4. Must bring your own water bottle. The sharing of bottles will not be permitted.
